Yes, you can use external PIN PAD with F20 device.Currently we have no specific external PIN PAD devices in our side, so if you are
using external PIN PAD devices in your side, please let us know the type, we can check if it can work normal in our devices.

1. ADB command:
   Make sure the terminal connect to PC from USB and USB debugging is open.adb install -r D:\Users\Lenovo\Download\detectiontool.apk(the path of the apk) to
   install the apk.
2. Copy the APK to SD card or OTG storage device, and install the apk from SD card or OTG storage device on terminal.

2.  Upload the APK to Storm to sign and push to terminal.
3. Send the public key to us to preinstall in OS, customer sign by themselves.

1. If user forget the PIN code of SIM card, please remove SIM card and turn on the device, device will back to normal.
2. If user forget the PIN code of the device, please perform the following operations to restore factory Settings:
   1. In shutdown state, press Power and “Volume -” at the same time until the screen shown in picture①is displayed.
   2. Click “Volume -” to select recovery Mode, and click “Volume +” to confirm the selection of this Mode, and enter the interface shown in picture ②.
   3. Click “Volume” button to select Wipe Data/Factory Reset, click the “Power” button to confirm the selection of this function, and enter the interface shown in picture 3.
   4. Select Factory Data Reset until the ④ screen is displayed. Then select Reboot System Now.
   5. The factory restoration screen is displayed. You can start the device now.
