January, 2010, Feitian and Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd., have reached a global patent cross-licensing settlement. With the agreement signed, both companies will cross-license their TOKEN related patents globally. This will also end nearly five years of patent litigation against each other, these including lawsuits in China and in the United States. The settlement was reached after the two companies agreed to a full understanding and recognition of mutual relevant intellectual property rights and careful consideration and unremitting efforts.
