July 2008, Feitian Technologies proudly passed all rigorous system verification and auditing, receiving the ISO14001 certification with zero deficiencies. Being a fast-expanding entity in the field of information security, Feitian Technologies started to apply its energy on environmental protection, from system design, development, to production and sales, years ago. In the middle of 2006, Feitian became an out-runner in its territory, by migrated its full-product-line to RoHS compliant. One year later, Feitian started preparations for its ISO14001 certification, to reach a higher and new stage.
Being a very important ISO standard, ISO 14001, specifically monitors actions that may affect the environment, ensuring those actions are understood, planned, controlled and checked. This is a path to continual improvement through rigorously documented steps toward specific environmental goals. Certification also includes significant training and system auditing, so all those involved are aware of and can improve upon the actions.
