FEITIAN Technologies Co., Ltd. (FEITIAN) today announced that its UniPass BioCard, featuring the JusQ Cardis® all-in-one fingerprint module, has been selected as a finalist for the International Card Manufacturers Association's (ICMA) 2026 Élan Awards in the Unique Innovation Prototype category.

FEITIAN was recognized for the UniPass BioCard, a passive biometric smart card integrating the JusQ Cardis® all-in-one fingerprint sensor module. The product supports on-card fingerprint enrollment, matching, and secure authentication without batteries, enabling password-free, PIN-less verification for payments, identity, and access control while ensuring biometric data secured remains securely stored on the card.

By combining the secure element and fingerprint sensor into a single all-in-one module, UniPass BioCard provides a scalable answer to one of the biggest challenges in biometric card manufacturing: it allows card manufacturers to reuse their existing facilities and production workflows without major change, simplifying mass production and creating a more affordable path to market.
